Return, exchange and refund
1-to benefit from the return, exchange and warranty services, the original invoice is required.
2-the customer can cancel the order within (7) days from the date of receipt of the product and Exchange it within (14) days
3-the product must be in its original box when returned with the original label with no opening, and with the manual and all accessories.
4-all devices are accepted for return or exchange (except used items, smart cards and vouchers )
5-in case of purchasing package offers, the customer must return all the products included in the package, and they cannot be partially returned, provided that all products are in their original condition.
6.if the attached gifts are used, we are sorry not to return or exchange the product.
7-one of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm the return request, after completing the product inspection process to ensure that it is free of defects.
8-our team is working on inspecting the products immediately upon receipt from the shipping company, to ensure that they comply with the return conditions.
9-the refund process begins as soon as the returned product is approved to comply with the terms of the return, and the refund is made within 14 days .
10-the customer shall bear the delivery fees and electronic payment fees (and all associated costs) when requesting the return or exchange of products that were sent through the shipping company, unless the product has a factory defect based on the technical report .
